A Better Breeze Is Here!
Breeze is the regional fare payment system that makes it easy to pay for rides on Xpress and participating transit services throughout the region.
SECAP participants must use a new Breeze card (orange) to ride Xpress. Participants should have received a new card that supports the updated Breeze system. Breeze cards for the Partnership Program (SECAP) must be purchased through this website only.
Effective May 2, 2026, you must have a new Breeze card to ride Xpress.
